Clear and bright with intense fruit flavour highlighting pear, apple and peach.
Produced in vines 7-20 years old at a density of 1100-2000 vines/Ha. Soils 50% granite, 25% clay and 25% sandy. The Atlantic is close by and is combined with a continental influence. The grapes are harvested by hand in second half of September and transported to the winery in boxes of 18 kgs, in less than 2 hours from collection to processing. This whole process is done in an inert atmosphere to prevent oxidation and enzymatic, in order to obtain the greatest amount of flavour and freshness. Destemmed, macerated, pressed, decanted and fermented in vats of 60.000 litres of stainless steel to temperatures of between 14 and 16 ° C for 15 days. The wine is them microfiltered immediately before bottling to ensure microbiological stability of the wine.
On the nose, it has an intense aroma, assembling the fruit and floral notes perfectly: highlighting the apple and stone fruits, apricot and peach. In the mouth the emphases is on the freshness typical of the Albariño grape, releasing crisp sensations with a fresh and clean finish.
