Vineyard details : Barrancas-Maipu. Deep alluvial soils: clay, sand and limestone predominate. Drip irrigation.
Vine cultivation : Vertical shoot position trellising (VSP)
Harvest details : Hand picked in bins from the second week of March.
Grapes are destemmed and crushed. Maceration before fermentation for 48 hrs. 14 days alcoholic fermentation. Natural malolactic fermentation. Maturation : 15% of the wine spent 8 months in third use French and American oak barrels.

This Malbec has an intense and lively deep red purple colour. Fruity notes of plum, raspberry, dry fig and raisins along with floral notes of violets. Complex and harmonious wine, with a soft and velvety entry, firm tannins and lovely juicy finish. Enjoy it with smoke and grilled meats and prepared spicy meats.
